    Environmental Health Staff are available to investigate food complaints related to licensed facilities (8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday).  Please call your nearest local Environmental Health office (Hancock or Bessemer). Provide as much information as possible so a complete investigation by a staff member can be conducted.
