Position:                    TEMPORARY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN
Department:             
Environmental Health Division
Location:                   Hancock Office
Status:                       Temporary, Full-time, May-September

Qualifications:         BS in Environmental Health or Civil Engineering preferred or completion of substantial coursework in and Environmental Health or Engineering degree program.  Basic working knowledge of PCs and common software applications, written and verbal communication skills to promote favorable public relations, and the physical ability to carry out the job duties as assigned.


Position:                     Physical Therapist
Department:              Superior Home Health & Hospice
Location:                    Hancock
Status:                        Part-time or Full-time

Qualifications:           Licensed as a Physical Therapist in Michigan. Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; graduate of a school of Physical Therapy approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or; Council on Medical Education of the A.M.A. or the A.M.P.T.A. or; Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the A.M.A.


Position:                     Physical Therapist Assistant
Department:              Superior Home Health & Hospice
Location:                    Hancock
Status:                        Part-time, regular, and call-in positions available.

Qualifications:           Graduate of a 2-year college-level physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association with a minimum of one year of PTA experience in a health care setting. Prior clinical experience in geriatrics and/or home health setting preferred.


Position:                     Occupational Therapist
Department:              Superior Home Health & Hospice
Location:                    Hancock
Status:                        Part-time or Full-time

Qualifications:           Registered as an Occupational Therapist in Michigan. Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy; graduate of an Occupational Therapy curriculum approved by the Council of Education of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association.


Position:                     Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Department:              Superior Home Health & Hospice
Location:                    Hancock
Status:                        Part-time or Full-time

Qualifications:           Registered as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in Michigan. Graduate of a two-year college-level occupational therapy program approved by the ACOTE with a minimum of one year of COTA experience in a health care setting. Prior clinical experience in geriatrics and/or home health setting preferred.


Position:                     SOCIAL WORKER, MSW
Department:              Superior Home Health & Hospice
Location:                    Hancock Office
Status:                        Occasional Part-time

Qualifications:          Michigan licensed MSW to work in home health and hospice and maternal-child services. Limited work hours.

Position:                      HOME HEALTH AIDE

Location:                     Bessemer Unit
Status:                         Part-time regular

Qualifications:           High School diploma or equivalent and completion of a minimum 75-hour state approved nurse aide training program. CNA registration preferred.


Position:                      PROGRAM CLERK
Department:               Public Health & Education
Location:                     Bessemer 
Status:                         Part-time, 60% Base

Qualifications:           Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong clerical background; prior secretarial/clerical experience and extensive knowledge of computers and standard software applications.
